Course Overview

The gateway to a career as a Sales Representative in the Perth real estate industry, this qualification will provide you with all the skills and relevant industry knowledge you need to succeed in residential, commercial, or rural sales across Western Australia. Upon completion participants will also be able to work as a Buyer’s Agent, Business Broker or other Sales-Based roles.

Please note that this is a Restricted Sales Registration, where you will complete 13 units of competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. If you would like to be able to work in either Sales or Property Management with no restriction, please enrol in our Full Cert IV Real Estate Prac (unrestricted).

Aspire offers a modern and flexible delivery approach, where all assessments can be completed in your own time and submitted online. Marking feedback is provided by your allocated trainer and can be discussed via phone call or zoom meeting.

Using online resources, assessments will include researching, reading and analysing information on your computer, however extensive support from your personal trainer will be provided. Assessment instructions and benchmarks have been designed to make the course easily followable.

Offering a high level of support, students will have the opportunity to attend monthly classroom support sessions, where our industry experts will answer any questions and help participants meet the requirements of the course. These sessions are also great for networking. Our trainers are all industry experienced personnel and happy to give context and training around the work, as needed. They are all also available by phone, email and Zoom.
