ABOUT
Course Overview
Real estate and business agents will provide licensed Real Estate Agents (residential/ business agents) with three CPD points and will explore topics such as:
- Automatic mutual recognition of occupational registration
- Family and domestic violence provisions and protections
- Cyber-crime, cyber-security and best practice prevention
Upon successful completion, a Record of Completion will be available in the Student Portal within 3 business days.

Entry Requirements
There are no prerequisite or corequisite units for this qualification, however the preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:
Recomended Experiance
- BSB30120 Certificate III in Business or other relevant qualifications - OR
- Vocational experience in a supervisory role but no formal qualification

FAQs
What mandatory activity do I attend if I am both an individual licensed agent with a triennial certificate and a registered sales representative?
You must attend the mandatory activity for licensed agents if you are both an individual licensed agent with a triennial certificate and a registered sales representative. Consumer Protection will not fund your attendance at the sales representatives mandatory CPD activity nor the property managers mandatory CPD activity.
What if I am late?
You must be in attendance for the full duration of the course in order to be eligible for CPD points. If you are unable to attend on the day, or think you will be late, please contact us so we can advise you of your options.
Am I eligible for this course?
The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) provides funding for one Mandatory CPD course each calendar year per eligible participant.
DMIRS require you to hold a current registration or licence to be eligible for funding.
If you have submitted a renewal application to DMIRS or are in the process of doing so, you will need to wait for your application to be fully processed before DMIRS will approve your funding.
If you are ineligible for funding, the cost to enrol is AU $192.30 incl. GST. Please contact the Training Team on 9380 8285 to make payment over the phone.
