Aligned with the Business Services Training Package BSB, this qualification is recognised and valued within the industry.

Throughout the program, students will gain expertise in various areas, including workplace compliance with WHS laws, implementation and maintenance of WHS consultation and participation processes, legal compliance, Hazard identification, Risk assessment, Incident response, Return to work programs and WHS risk management.

STUDY OPTIONS

Classroom & Online Delivery Options

Aspire offers a modern and flexible delivery approach, where all assessments for our business courses can be completed in your own time and submitted online, with no assessment due dates. Marking feedback is provided by your allocated trainer and can be discussed via phone call or zoom meeting.

Using online resources, assessments will include researching, reading and analysing information on your computer, however extensive support from your personal trainer will be provided. Assessment instructions and benchmarks have been designed to make the course easily followable.

Aspire Performance Training can also facilitate this course as part of a custom-designed 12-month program for businesses, specifically targeting the needs of employees in a work-based setting, or as a self-paced workplace traineeship journey, where the participant will then be able to complete the course online, with access to one-on-one support from our training specialists during classroom student support sessions and online supports.
