Developing two brand new leadership courses in collaboration with Aspire trainers, Professor Vicky Vass offers a breadth of knowledge for Aspire course participants. Known for her dynamic, engaging, and resilient, leadership and training style, Vicky has contributed as a non-executive director to many national, regional and local boards as an executive coach/consultant across an array of sectors.
An accomplished academic, researcher and public speaker, with her BA (Hons) & PhD in Psychology and Doctor of Philosophy - PhD, Vicky is renowned for her tri-sectoral leadership experience and contribution to global education. Alongside both strategic and hands-on operational experience, Vicky brings a wealth of intellectual capital and achievements gained driving excellence at the forefront of Leadership, Executive Development, and Higher Education.
Publishing many psychological and commercial studies, Vicky strives to create opportunities for women to find their voice in a world that often attempts to silence them. A firm believer in everyone having the opportunity to be a lifelong learner, she advocates for female leaders to help women grow, develop and become critical thinkers who can be their authentic selves within the workplace.
