Neil Arnold is an experienced educator who has worked in both government and private school systems in Western Australia for over 15 years. During this time, he has held various roles, including Classroom Teacher, Program Manager, Team Leader, Head of Department, and in Administration. Neil has extensive experience in delivering and managing the delivery of Cert II courses in secondary schools.
Neil has also developed and delivered a specialist re-engagement program for students at educational risk. He understands the importance of providing a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to engage with their education and achieve their potential.
Neil is an experienced educator with a passion for Aboriginal education. As an advocate for Aboriginal education, he has demonstrated a commitment to creating culturally responsive learning environments that support Aboriginal students to achieve their academic goals. Neil has been actively involved in promoting and delivering programs aimed at improving the education outcomes for Aboriginal students.
Neil has mentored numerous university students completing their degree, providing them with guidance and support to help them succeed in their studies. In addition to his experience in education, Neil has also worked in sports management and administration for 5 years, giving him a broad range of skills and experiences.
Neil has experience in writing successful grant applications, strategic planning documents, and Reconciliation Action Plans. He understands the importance of effective planning and clear communication in achieving organizational goals and is committed to using his skills and experience to make a positive impact in the education sector.
