The RAC Certificate IV in Customer Engagement graduation was a huge success with 100% completion rate. The graduation event, held in South Perth was attended by senior managers, support staff and participants. The program involved a range of group based training, one to one coaching on the job, assessment activities and peer support. The participants commented on the program as being ‘professional, flexible, well-paced and engaging’. The Aspire team of Chris and Linda facilitated the sessions and worked tirelessly with the staff through the process. Congratulations.
