On Wednesday 15 February, AspirePT held mandatory CPD training for David Evans Real Estate.
In the morning, Trevor Schorer talked with residential licensees and sales representatives about the proposed amendments to the Strata Titles Act and managing the risks of legislative changes in the real estate industry. Participants enjoyed being able to engage in group discussions and gain new information relevant to their industry.
The afternoon session had Denise Neville discussing effective complaint management and customer service in property management. Denise incorporated a great mix of activities relating to body-language and emotional intelligence to assist with disputing conflicts. Participants found the session engaging and enjoyed the interactive group activities.
