That is why that selected Aspire Performance Training to design, develop and deliver a customized Team Leader Development Program that is aligned to a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management qualification.
This bespoke and customised program commenced in September 2015 and concluded in September 2016. The structure of the program was based on a total of eight training days with assessment support days built in to allow participants additional time in the workplace with the support of the facilitator to complete assessments.
The training days of the Team Leader Development Program covered various topics to develop the knowledge and skills in areas such as developing leadership competencies, continuous improvement, performance management, operational planning and presentation skills.
The key Facilitator/ Assessor for the program was Greg Kinnaird.
In total 12 participants are successfully graduated from the program on the 25 October 2016 with a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
