Commencing on the 18 September 2014, Dampier Bunbury Pipeline (DBP) invested in its current and emerging leaders to participant in a Leadership Development Program. This program was fully designed and customised to align and support the needs of DBP.
The Leadership Development program was facilitated by Greg Kinnaird in Perth and included the following modules:

- Managing Change and Shifting your Paradigms
- Developing Mentoring Skills and the 70 / 20 / 10 Principle
Throughout this interactive and engaging program, all participants completed pre-reading and post program activities to assist in the transference of learning back into the workplace. During the program, case scenarios, discussions, leading edge business models and methodologies were backed up with the latest video interviews and research by Harvard Business School professions and best-selling international business authors.
Midway through this three month program, the participants took part in a very specific Team Development module using various psychometric tools and instruments to assist in the breaking down of workplace silo’s and to open up the lines of communication, including the sharing of knowledge and information. This module was backed-up with a series of One on One coaching sessions with the facilitator (Greg Kinnaird), which allowed the participants to discuss personal and workplace related issues in a confidential and private manner.
The Leadership Development Program concluded on the 27 November 2014 with participants making a presentation to the Management and Executive Team at DBP on how the program has been a value to them personally, professionally and the positive impact that it has had on business projects and initiatives. The Management and Executive Team acknowledged the positive impact and results of investing in its people to take part in the Leadership Development Program.
