Course Overview
Each year, real estate professionals must obtain seven Elective CPD points, as part of the 10 required CPD points needed to maintain their license.
Run as a classroom course, this 3.5 Point Elective CPD is designed for both Sales Representatives, Licenced Agents or Property Managers looking to expand their knowledge of customer service, in the real estate industry, to improve modern-day client expectations.
By utilising the strategies learnt in this course participants will learn the value of acquiring feedback, skills to better handle expectations, avoid conflict, and reduce the risks around losing clients because of ineffective customer service through exercising due care, diligence and skill.

Entry Requirements
There are no prerequisite or corequisite units for this qualification, however the preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:
Recomended Experiance
- BSB30120 Certificate III in Business or other relevant qualifications - OR
- Vocational experience in a supervisory role but no formal qualification

STUDY OPTIONS
Delivery Dates
This course will be run across 3.5 hours and is currently only available to be booked as a group or during one of our designated training sessions. We are in the process of making this course available online as a self-paced CPD. Participants will have until the 31 December to complete.
Upon successful completion, a Record of Completion will be available to participants within 5 business days.

FAQs
How do I claim points?
Retain your certificate of attendance in a safe place as evidence of your participation in the CPD program. You may be requested to provide evidence of completion of your CPD courses upon renewal of your triennial certificate or certificate of registration.
How do I keep track of my CPD Activities?
It is your responsibility to keep track of the CPD activities you have attended. You may find it useful to keep a CPD Training Log with details of each CPD activity completed and the CPD points accrued. You need to obtain and retain records of your attendance at mandatory and elective CPD activities.
