BSB20120
Certificate II in Workplace Skills
ABOUT
Course Overview
Aspire Performance Training offers the nationally recognised BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills to individuals who are employed in various Business Services job roles.
These roles encompass a range of tasks, such as procedural, clerical, administrative, and operational responsibilities that require both technology and business acumen. Moreover, individuals in these positions may also provide valuable technical advice and support to their teams.
This course can be completed as either a School Based Traineeship over 18 months during year 11 and 12 or by others that are not in the school system between 7 - 12 months.
We believe this course provides excellent opportunities for growth and development, especially for students entering year 11.
The school-based traineeship allows students to gain valuable on-the-job experience, while also honing their workplace skills and earning a salary.
Typically, students will spend two days a week in the workplace, allowing them to strike a balance between their academic commitments and practical training.
Additionally, the qualification they obtain through our program contributes towards their WACE, further enhancing their educational journey.
The benefits of our traineeship extend beyond graduation.
Many of our students, upon successfully completing year 12, are offered additional employment contracts or further traineeship opportunities. This testament to their skills and training opens doors for their future success.
Aspire Performance Training has established strong partnerships with numerous schools and employers, offering a range of qualifications in government and workplace skills.
We are dedicated to fostering collaborative relationships that support the growth and development of both students and businesses.
To ensure a smooth transition into our program, school staff members are encouraged to initiate the training contract sign-up process with their preferred AASN provider, as well as enrol students with Aspire toward the end of year 10, in preparation for commencement in year 11.
We are committed to guiding schools through this process and providing the necessary support for a seamless experience.
