The Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS) has also, once again, named Aspire Performance Training as the only registered training provider to deliver both face-to-face and online Mandatory CPD training across regional WA, ensuring real estate professionals across the state have access to the latest industry regulations, legal updates, and compliance training.
From January 1, 2025, WA real estate professionals can enrol in Aspire’s CPD training to stay compliant and up to date with tenancy law changes, cybersecurity risks, break lease rules, and consumer law compliance.
