Will offers nearly two decades of experience creating accredited and non-accredited, tailored training solutions, specialising in the Oil, Gas (upstream, midstream and downstream), Energy and Mining (gold, silver, lithium) industries. Currently, in the final year of completing his Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Will presented his first spoken academic conference presentation in 2017 and has since become a published academic author - all within his undergraduate studies.
Will's work involves technical writing, training design and competency assurance, however, his natural skillset allows him to adapt to new situations, requirements or knowledge areas quickly. Joining Aspire in 2021, Will has been heavily involved in the development and training regarding RTO compliance and management. He has also provided expertise in instructional design and competency assurance across BSB (Business) and CPP (Real Estate) vocational areas.
Will is a specialist in client-specific training development, working closely with DFES and DPIRD (WA Government), Synergy, Perth Mint and Chevron.
