Offering 20+ years of experience in Management, Human Resources and Industrial Relations Trish is an experienced Director and Leader, specialising in the Oil & Energy industry.
 
Delivering safety outcomes, compliance, reporting and investigating incidents within the Oil & Energy Industry for decades, Trish has been a core contributor to the successful management of some of Australia's largest Oil & Energy companies, making her mark in the industry as a master in her field. Some of the key work Trish provides is specialist training in Petroleum, Safety Management Systems, Training Delivery, Management, and Contract Management.
 
Passionate about providing exceptional training to ensure companies operate with integrity and professionalism, Trish has worked hard to optimise financial performance, strategic planning and execution, relationship building, people and business development, and project management within Registered Training Organisations (RTO).
